Meet the Atlanta Team Behind Marlow Garage Door Repair Atlanta

We’re a small crew. That’s on purpose. When you call Marlow Garage Door Repair Atlanta, you’re not getting routed through a call center in another state. You’re getting people who know Atlanta’s neighborhoods, its older homes in Kirkwood and Grant Park, its newer builds in West Midtown, and how humidity eats at springs faster here than anywhere else in Georgia. Our technicians have worked on doors in Decatur, Buckhead, East Atlanta, Sandy Springs, and everywhere in between. What unites us is simple: we show up when we say we will, we write down the price before touching anything, and we stand behind the work for a full year.

Our People

Jaylen Ross, Owner

Jaylen started Marlow Garage Door Repair in 2002, and he still takes calls from customers who want to talk to the person whose name is on the truck. He’s the one who set the rule that every job gets a written price before work begins, and he’s the one who backs the 365-Day Done Right Promise for every repair in Atlanta. Jaylen has seen torsion springs fail in ways that were, in his words, “genuinely impressive in the worst possible way.” His specialty is diagnosing the repair the first time, so you’re not paying for a second visit. When he’s not working, he’s usually coaching youth basketball in Decatur.

Marcus T., Lead Technician

Marcus has been with Marlow for eleven years, and he’s the guy who handles the repairs that make other technicians nervous. He’s certified to work on all eight brands we service, LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor, and he can usually tell you what’s wrong with a door before he’s fully backed into the driveway. Marcus specializes in cable drum replacements on older Atlanta homes where the hardware has been in place since the Carter administration. He lives in East Atlanta and claims he can find good barbecue in any part of the metro area, a claim we’ve never been able to disprove.

Dana W., Senior Installer

Dana joined the crew eight years ago after working in commercial door systems, and she’s the one who handles the trickier hardware replacements, especially on doors where the tracks have shifted over decades of Atlanta heat and settling foundations. She’s our go-to for spring replacements on heavier doors, the ones that need a careful eye on spring wire size and torque settings. Dana describes herself as “obsessively thorough” and will take the extra ten minutes to make sure everything is balanced, lubricated, and quiet before she leaves. She’s a Georgia native who will tell you, unprompted, that the best time to check your garage door in Atlanta is right after the first cold snap in October.

Priya S., Service Coordinator

Priya is the voice on the phone when you call at midnight because your door is stuck open and you’re worried about your tools, your bikes, and about half your life sitting in that garage. She’s been with Marlow for six years and handles scheduling, dispatching, and making sure every customer gets their live tracking link before the tech leaves the shop. Priya knows the service area street by street, and she’s the reason we can tell you honestly when someone will arrive, not just when they might. She keeps a running list of the best coffee shops near every neighborhood we serve, which the techs appreciate more than they’ll admit.

One Standard, Every Job

Every technician on this page operates under the same rules, no exceptions, no matter which Atlanta neighborhood they’re in. The price is written down before any work begins, and that’s the price you pay. Every repair carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise, which means if the fix fails within a year, we come back and make it right at no charge. The Relay Visibility Guarantee applies to every call: you’ll see live arrival time, get before-and-after photos, receive a written price, and pay from a digital invoice link. Jaylen Ross holds every member of this crew, including himself, to that standard. If we wouldn’t accept the work on our own homes in Atlanta, we don’t expect you to accept it on yours. Call (762) 230-6145 and you’ll get a real person, day or night.
